CUSTOMIZED TO THE WALL AREA: "This is a highly customized piece. To take advantage of the spatial 16 ft. wall and 12 ft. bar area, the artist had to fractionally trim the work's height by 1 ft. due to the 5 ft. height between top of bar and the ceiling. The original Watercolor Wall fine artwork is 10 ft x 5 ft., here, the result is a 10 ft. x 4 ft. custom piece, with the creation of artistic panel separation." - Breck Rothage, Artist
FROM THE BUYER: "I had the pleasure of meeting Breck Rothage at the 2021 Festival of Arts, Laguna Beach. As a docent, I carefully planned my tours with the Festival artists. My goals: balancing the media content and finding artists who would enjoy meeting visitors. Breck's art was an instant pick; incredible fine art. And, he was willing to share his passion and his creative process.
During the course of the summer I made the decision to work with him on a project for my home in Laguna Beach. On my lower deck, I wanted to create 360 degree ocean views by placing a large art piece by Breck on wall facing the sea.
" I commissioned Breck to create the large piece, which turned out to be three pieces, and a stunning reflection of the Pacific Ocean. The result was wonderful: sunlight reflections by day and starlight reflections by night. Breck was great to work with. The entire Watercolor Wall Fine Art Project was amazing and rewarding."
