RETURN POLICIES
Fine art created by The Breck Rothage Fine Art Studio is made to order in California using the highest standards and materials. Our studio infuses art into the highest grade, fine art metal canvas on the market. We ensure the fine art you purchase will arrive in pristine condition. Should you find a blemish, we will exchange it for you at no cost. We stand behind the artwork you purchase on our website.
How To Start a Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
1.) To start a return, simply contact us via email at Studio@BreckRothage.com. Please provide the name of the artwork you purchased and a short description as to the reason for the return — include photos as needed.
2.) If your return is eligible and within the 30-day return window, we will provide instructions via email on how to proceed.
*If your item was damaged in shipping or has a blemish, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
NOTE: Items sent back without first requesting a return via email, will not be accepted.
Damages — We Will Make it Right:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged in any way so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by shipping a replacement at no charge to you — once the defect has been validated by The Breck Rothage Fine Art Studio. This also applies if you receive the wrong item, if the error was the fault of The Breck Rothage Fine Art Studio. If there is any damage, blemish, or defect, we will ship a replacement order upon your return of the damaged item — again, at no charge to you. We simply ask you do so within a 30-day window upon receiving your item.
